The rapid updating and wide application of information and digital technology has provided rich means and diversified paths for the protection and repair of intangible cultural heritage, and has also become one of the main ways of dissemination of intangible cultural heritage. Firstly, the current situation of digital protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage is analyzed. Then, we introduce the theory of design affairs, systematically analyze the "5W model" theory proposed by Harold Lasswell from the target relationship between external and internal factors, and construct the target system model based on the "5W model". Finally, it puts forward a new strategy for the dissemination of intangible cultural heritage, advocating the use of digital technology to improve the dissemination of intangible cultural heritage, expand the dissemination channels of intangible cultural heritage, and enlarge the dissemination scope of intangible cultural heritage.
