Linguistic intelligence represents the ease in expressing and perceiving the nuances of verbal language, the ability to learn foreign languages and to use language effectively. This develops if the student has the opportunity and the necessary time to express his ideas through the words. The role of every teacher is to guide students to the key aspects of the subject, to structure and present its content in a way that facilitates the development of learning skills. In this sense, the article comes to elucidate the essential aspects of linguistic intelligence (phonetics, lexicon, semantics, praxis), to identify the experience of teachers from Romania and the Republic of Moldova focused on practicing the stated dimensions of linguistic intelligence in the process of teaching and learning English to students.
