This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between self-efficacy and work readiness in final year students. This research is a type of quantitative research using correlation research techniques to determine the relationship between existing variables. The population in this study were 140 students of Psychology Study Program at Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo University, the research sample is 103 students. The number of samples in this study using the Isaac & Michael formula with a 5% error rate resulted in 103. The results of the analysis showed that the correlation coefficient value rxy = 0.942 with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). So it can be interpreted that there is a significant positive relationship between Self-Efficacy and Job Readiness. So the higher the Self-Efficacy, the higher the Work Readiness owned by the employee, on the contrary, the lower the Self-Efficacy, the lower the Work Readiness owned.
