Abstract The management of health and safety is crucial for anyone working in Construction industry. The Indian economy has suffered both financial and human losses as a result of poor health and safety management in the building industry. This study’s main goal is to analyse the health and safety management in the construction industry and identify the variables that influence it. A questionnaire was created for the survey while taking into account the past research for this topic. Collected and analysed survey data to identify the main elements influencing safety and health. This study offers a number of suggestions and tactics to enhance workers and employees health and safety management.
