Research on the Training Path of Teaching Ability of Young Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Integration of Industry and Education

With the comprehensive promotion of the Implementation Plan for the Integration of Production and Education in Vocational Education (2023-2025), the integration of production and education has become an important trend for the modernization and transformation of higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the necessity and dilemma of the cultivation of young teachers' production-education integration ability in higher vocational colleges, and then proposes the connotation and practical path of the cultivation of young teachers’ ability under the background of production-education integration.
