This research explores the role of information technology (IT) in accelerating the Internet of Things (IoT) revolution, emphasizing sustainability in societal development. It investigates the interplay between modern technologies and competitive indicators within the framework of social business sustainability, aiming to enhance quality of life. The study delves into benchmarks and global practices in digital modernization and technical integration, focusing on social sustainability and its impact on life quality. It includes an analysis of interviews conducted with the Community Development Authority (CDA) of Dubai, which is instrumental in implementing community sustainability standards. The research adopts a qualitative methodology to assess the effectiveness of digital systems in community development sustainability. It emphasizes the integration of social policies and initiatives, measuring annual key performance indicators (KPIs) based on fourth-generation (4G) standards and CDA's strategic plans. The findings highlight a positive correlation between digitalization and sustainability, projecting improved well-being for future generations. The study underscores the significance of international policies in supporting social initiatives that focus on the triad of sustainability elements to boost quality of life.
