This study investigated the relationship between organizational commitment and job performance improvement among employees in Jordanian pharmaceutical manufacturing businesses, and the mediating function that intelligent job satisfaction plays in that relationship. The study used an analytical and descriptive methodology, dispersing a convenience sample among different pharmaceutical companies. The study sample was distributed among pharmaceutical companies through a cluster sample. An online questionnaire was sent to the study sample use Google Forms, 216 questionnaires were retrieved, all suitable for statistical analysis purposes. The study concluded that there is a positive impact of organizational commitment (continuity commitment, normative commitment, emotional commitment) on job performance improvement in Jordanian Pharmaceutical Companies; find a positive impact of job commitment on job satisfaction in Jordanian pharmaceutical companies; There is a positive impact of job satisfaction on job performance improvement in Jordanian pharmaceutical companies. The study provides several recommendations, including fostering a positive work environment by addressing and minimizing work-related challenges to enhance job performance. Furthermore, encouraging emotional commitment among employees can contribute to their long-term dedication to the company. Additionally, reevaluating organizational policies to bolster employees' continuous commitment and create disincentives for job abandonment based on perceived benefits is advised.
