Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia certainly have challenges to survive and compete in the industry competition.SMEs are expected to be able to accelerate performance in accordance with the plans of the Indonesian government.The objective of this study is to prove that the Quality of HR (HR), Transformational Leadership, and Compensation have an impact on the performance of entrepreneurs at SMEs in The Jember district, Indonesia.This research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach.Determining the number of respondents using purposive sampling.Purposive sampling is a sampling technique with certain criteria.There are 174 samples as employees at SMEs in The Jember district.The research method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the Quality of (HR), Transformational Leadership, and Compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at SMEs in The Jember district.
