Schorr at AATOD: Making the system ‘kinder’

The board meeting centered on changes to the guidelines (42 CFR Part 8) for OTPs, with widespeard agreement that the federal changes are “extremely positive,” Schorr told ADAW . “There was some discussion regarding interpretation of the change to the counseling requirement,” she said, adding that there is a need for greater clarification.
