Abstract Standard 3 port technique 65/male Large inguinal swelling 10 years. H/O reducibility 6 months back, now irreducible since 6 months. No symptoms of obstruction; BMI 35. Steps of operative procedure:Standard 3 port eTEP.Extended extraperitoneal space creation.Retzius space dissection.Bogros space dissection.Identification of direct hernia.Dissection of sac from pseudosac.Defining boundaries of defect.Excision of pseudosac.Closure of direct hernia defect.Mesh placement.Drain placement. Operative time 1.5 hours. Blood loss 100 cc. Post op drain kept.
