This work presents an innovative Internet of Things (IoT) enabled smart fuel station management system, leveraging the capabilities of the Thing Speak cloud platform for remote monitoring and management. The system integrates IoT technology with fuel station infrastructure to enable real-time data acquisition and analysis. It consists of two microcontrollers such as: ESP32, and Arduino UNO. The ESP32 is utilized for sending recorded data to the cloud platform, where the data is used for uninterrupted station management. Whereas, the Arduino has been utilized for controlling the payment, and fuel pump access in the station. Based on data collected form these two microcontrollers, the fuel dispensers and storage tanks collect data on fuel levels, transaction details, and equipment status has been transmitted to the ThingSpeak cloud platform, allowing centralized monitoring and control. The system facilitates efficient inventory management, predictive maintenance, and enhances operational transparency for fuel station operators. The integration with ThingSpeak ensures a scalable and accessible solution, providing a comprehensive approach to modernizing fuel station management with IoT technology.
