International Experience in Managing the Higher Education System and Its Significance for Russia

This article is devoted to the analysis of modern trends in the management of the higher education system. It will examine the experience of foreign countries in managing the higher education system in the context of each individual country, as well as its significance for the Russian Federation. A comprehensive analysis of the international experience in the management of higher education systems was carried out. For the first time, a comparative analysis of management models in different countries has been carried out, which allows us to identify general trends and specific features of the management of the higher education system.
