تقييم معلمي التربية الخاصة قبل الخدمة لكفايات برامج التربية الخاصة في المرحلة الجامعية Competency level in special education program from the perspective of special education students Assessment of pre-service special education teachers' competencies in special education programs at the university

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى كفاية برنامج التربية الخاصة من وجهة نظر طلاب التخصص، كما هدفت إلى الكشف عن الفروق في كفاية برنامج التربية الخاصة وفقا لجنس الطالب وتخصصه. واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمقارن. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (293) من طلاب برنامج التربية الخاصة بكلية التربية الأساسية بالكويت، موزعين إلى (143) من تخصص الإعاقة العقلية، و(55) من صعوبات التعلم، و(95) من التفوق العقلي والموهبة. استخدمت الدراسة مقياس كفايات برنامج التربية الخاصة (إعداد الباحثون، 2023). أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تقييم طلبة برنامج التربية الخاصة لكفاية البرنامج العلمي، كانت بمستوى متوسط لبعد كفاية البرنامج من الناحية النظرية، وكان تقييمهم مرتفع لكل من بعد كفاية البرنامج من الناحية العملية، وبعد الرضا الأكاديمي عن برنامج التربية الخاصة، كما جاءت الدرجة الكلية للمقياس ككل بمستوى مرتفع. وأشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين طلبة برنامج التربية الخاصة على مقياس كفايات البرنامج وفقا لتخصصاتهم، وإلى وجود فروق بين الذكور والإناث من طلبة برنامج التربية الخاصة في تقديرهم لكفاية برنامج على بعد كفاية برنامج التربية الخاصة من الناحية العملية، وبعد الرضا الأكاديمي عن برنامج التربية الخاصة، والدرجة الكلية للمقياس، وذلك لصالح الطلبة الذكور، بينما لم توجد فروق بين الجنسين على بعد كفاية برنامج التربية الخاصة من الناحية النظرية. Abstract The study aimed to investigate the competencies of the special education program from the perspective of students in the specialization. It also aimed to explore differences in the effectiveness of the special education program based on students' gender and specialization. The study followed a descriptive, analytical, and comparative methodology. The sample consisted of 293 students from the Special Education Department at the College of Basic Education in Kuwait, including 143 students specializing in intellectual disabilities, 55 students specializing in learning difficulties, and 95 students specializing in intellectual giftedness and talent. The study utilized the Competencies Scale for the Special Education Department (prepared by the researcher, 2023). The study results indicated that the evaluation of students in the Special Education Department regarding the scientific adequacy of the department's program was at an average level in terms of the theoretical aspect, while it was high for both the practical adequacy of the program and the academic satisfaction with the Special Education Department. The overall score of the scale was high. The results also revealed no statistically significant differences among students in the Special Education Department in terms of the program competencies scale based on their specializations. However, there were differences between male and female students in the Special Education Department in their assessment of the practical adequacy of the department's program, academic satisfaction with the Special Education Department, and the overall score of the scale, favoring male students. On the other hand, there were no gender differences in the theoretical adequacy of the special education program.
