In semiconductor frontend manufacturing, critical queue timers are considered to avoid costly rework and scrap, making it an important objective to address in production planning and control. We showcase our planning approach, a multi-objective hybrid planning model embedded into a digital twin, and compare its results against classical dispatching schemes. By varying the weighting for each individual optimization objective, we analyze to what extent time constraint violations can be minimized under the consideration of balanced production targets. The paper ends with a demonstration of our key findings and remaining research topics.
