Expertise of Judges as the Basis for the Development of Trust in the Judicial System

The work raised the problem of increasing the confidence of citizens in the judicial system. According to the author, the professionalism of judges, the ability to motivate and substantiate their conclusions based on the results of consideration of a particular case, on which the fairness of the decision depends, and hence the trust of citizens in the court, should be considered fundamental for this.
