This research explores the development of an online platform aimed at addressing the challenges faced by potential scholarship candidates in accessing government and private scholarships. Recognizing the lack of effective marketing leading to missed opportunities, the study presents the development of a comprehensive website. This platform not only contains often overlooked private scholarships but also tackles the issue of finding the most suitable scholarship through personalized lists tailored to each user's criteria. Moreover, a dedicated panel for scholarship providers streamlines the connection and selection process. The proposed methodology involves the integration of HTML, CSS, PHP, and SQL to create a user-friendly interface and perform backend functionality. The research incorporates the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a Decision Support System, aiding scholarship providers in selecting the most deserving candidates. The AHP method simplifies complex decision-making processes by breaking them into hierarchical levels. This research, drawing insights from existing scholarship platforms and Decision Support System methodologies, provides a solution to the challenges in the scholarship landscape. By leveraging technology and decision support mechanisms, the platform contributes to a more equitable and efficient distribution of educational resources.
