The 14th Five-Year Plan of China outlines a strategic vision to drive transformations in production, lifestyle, and governance through digital transformation. Against this backdrop, the central focus of this research is to explore how to effectively integrate Internet technology with the "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" efforts to establish an intelligent management platform system for these objectives. By constructing a smart management system for "double carbon" work, incorporating digital transformation technologies used by enterprises, and developing a carbon monitoring and assessment framework, we aim to provide optimized resource data support to governments, businesses, and carbon trading markets. This will promote green and high-quality socio-economic development, effectively facilitating the steady progress of "double carbon" work and contributing to the overall strategy of achieving carbon peaking and neutrality.
