The article is devoted to the analysis of the introduction of digital technologies into criminal proceedings in foreign countries and the Russian Federation. Particular attention is paid to technologies such as video conferencing and remote interrogation, which are also applicable to minors. Organizational and tactical recommendations for conducting remote interrogation of minors are proposed.
