This study investigates the impact of transformational leadership on organizational performance in the tourism sector, with job satisfaction and employee performance examined as mediating mechanisms.Data was collected from 158 employees and managers in the tourism industry through a survey methodology. The results of structural equation modeling indicate that transformational leadership significantly and positively influences both job satisfaction (β = 0.815, p < 0.001) and employee performance (β = 0.831, p < 0.001).Furthermore, employee performance emerged as a strong predictor of organizational performance (β = 1.299, p = 0.002), while job satisfaction had a negative effect (β = -0.466,p = 0.042).The findings highlight the critical role of transformational leadership in fostering a satisfied and high-performing workforce, which ultimately enhances organizational outcomes in the tourism sector.Theoretical and practical implications for leadership development and performance management in tourism organizations are discussed
