This study introduces Li-Fi (Light Fidelity) technology, an extraordinary innovation that has the potential to fundamentally transform the way in which scuba divers and underwater communicators engage. Li-Fi technology can be utilized by both surface laborers and scuba divers to consistently transmit live footage and conduct sophisticated health monitoring. By utilizing light-emitting diode (LED) technology to transmit data in damp environments, Li-Fi circumvents the challenges associated with conventional wireless networks. The method under consideration enhances the cognizance of underwater divers regarding vital signs through the use of highlighting. This research yields enhanced underwater communication technologies, improved communication, and safer travel experiences. This extensive study has demonstrated that Li- Fi is a crucial instrument for enhancing safety protocols and situational awareness while submerged.
