Although it is primarily applied in evaluating chronic pancreatitis, its efficacy in assessing early chronic pancreatitis (ECP) remains underinvestigated. This study evaluated the diagnostic accuracy of EUS-SWE for assessing ECP diagnosed using the Japanese diagnostic criteria 2019.
