The automatic mixed-flow production line plays a pivotal role in the manufacturing industry due to its highly flexible production capacity. Addressing challenges such as equipment configuration, multi-resource allocation, and capacity optimization in printed circuit board mixed-flow production lines, this paper proposes a dynamic optimization method based on digital twinning (DT). By constructing the twin body of the printed circuit board production system, a comprehensive mathematical optimization model leveraging digital twinning is introduced. The real-time operating data of the digital twin is used. Real-time operating data from the digital twin are utilized for resource allocation optimization, which is validated through experiments. This method has solved the problems of the low balance loss rate and bottleneck processes. This approach effectively resolves issues related to low balance loss rates and bottleneck processes, offering theoretical support for online resource optimization in production line systems.
