Within the dynamic landscape of energy communities, the imperative of optimizing wind farm configurations takes center stage for elevated power generation efficiency and economic viability. This study intricately navigates this imperative, focusing on the wind farm situated in Midelt, Morocco. Our primary aim is to meticulously refine the layout of farm and ascertain the optimal hub heights for its turbines. Grounded in geographic data and attuned to local wind patterns, our investigation employs Jensen's method to simulate the effect of wake within the layout proposed. The compelling results reveal a noteworthy 16.80% increase in power generation capacity, underscoring the profound impact of wind farm optimization on advancing sustainable energy initiatives. This research not only contributes valuable insights to the specific context of Midelt but also serves as a testament to the broader potential of optimizing wind farms as a fundamental aspect of transitioning towards a more environmentally energy future.
