Character education in primary schools is becoming increasingly important in the Industrial era. This article emphasizes the urgency of character education in preparing students to face the challenges of a rapidly changing future. Some types of research raised in the article include the contribution of social science to character education, the application of scouting methods in character education, the integration of character education for children with special needs, and the role of Islamic education in shaping student character in the Industrial era. In addition, the articles also present a review of academic literature on character education.
