The article expands the essence of the concept of "professional culture of future educators of preschool educational institutions" and provides its own definition of this concept.It has been found that professional culture is a complex, integrative socio-psychological formation in the structure of the future educator's personality.The author clarifies the components of the professional culture of future educators (spiritual-creative, motivational-value, reflexiveperceptive, cognitive-competence, and conative-instrumental), and defines the criteria and indicators for them.The achievements of modern scientists in the field of research on the professional culture of future educators are analysed.In accordance with each component of the professional culture of future educators, the author highlights factors influencing the formation of the basics of professional culture of future educators, namely: internal (individual-psychological and subjective) and external (socio-psychological, educational, sociocultural).Special attention is given to methodical recommendations for higher education teachers regarding the formation of the professional culture of future educators based on such Věda a perspektivy № 1(32) 2024
