Complex technical equipment needs constant monitoring of technical condition. However, the device of diagnostics, measurement, monitoring are quite cumbersome and do not allow to monitor the equipment in real time. In this paper, the authors have developed a hardware-software complex for technical condition monitoring. The designed device is characterized by mobility and low cost. In this paper the electrical circuit, software and housing of the device are developed. The authors are grateful to the students and teachers of St. Petersburg Mining University for their help in this research.
