The test and launch control system is a critical component of launch vehicles. In this study, an open, modular avionics for the test and launch control system is presented and developed to improve the capabilities in standardized, universal design as well as in intelligent and networked applications. The system, which is based on a hierarchical bus architecture and generalized hardware modules and software components, forms a comprehensive package of standard service functions. It enables the individual adaptation of functional units to different application scenarios, significantly improving the integrated assembly and development capabilities of the system on the shelf. By utilizing a unified information and communication service network and basic software and hardware components, this system creates a solid foundation for modular upgrades, functional restructuring at the device level, and fault tolerance and recovery capabilities at the system level. It provides robust technical support for the development and operation of high quality, efficient and effective new generation launch vehicle test and launch control systems.
