In the digital revolution, remote education widens horizons and breaks spatial barriers. Focusing on 805 students majoring Korean language from 36 Chinese universities, this study used IPA and optimal scaling analysis to reveal the key findings: Korean online teaching receive high importance and satisfaction; teaching methods and platforms need optimization; teaching abilities receive high satisfaction and low importance ratings; 2017 entrants and females are more satisfied with teaching attitude and content; satisfaction with teaching methods and platforms is similar across grades, with females scoring higher. Hence, better teaching attitude and content, innovate methods, upgrade platforms, and strengthen interest-driven education to enhance remote teaching effectiveness.
