Enforcement of Rights of Parties to a Criminal Procedure in Carrying Out a Forensic Examination

The article studies relevant problems of protection of rights of parties to a criminal procedure in carrying out a forensic examination, describes the results of the human rights protection practice of the Commissioner associated with violation of rights of parties to a criminal procedure and gives recommendations for the elimination of legal gaps and improvement of criminal procedure laws.
