However, in some cases, these events can be anticipated or can even reduce existing losses by getting proper training. This research project aims to create and evaluate a virtual reality training program for using fire extinguishers in manufacturing settings. This is done in addition to saving themselves from threats that occur while working and provides knowledge to employees on the right way to deal with fires or what attitude to do when there is a fire. For this reason, employees need to get the right training. In this context, using tools based on VR (virtual reality) technology that is being adopted by many industries is critical to safety. In addition, the future direction of VR training needs an understanding of trainee evaluation. The training in question is to use technology or virtual training based on VR technology previously described to provide an immersive experience in occupational safety training. Simply, this virtual training will bring anyone who does this training will be carried away as in the original incident. Keywords: Virtual Reality, Fire Incident, Virtual Training, Hazard, Safety_
