This research proposes a novel solution a low-cost, user-friendly gadget that includes basic nursing care and a health monitoring system to alleviate the communication difficulties that paralysis patients encounter. The objective of our method is to enable patients to effectively communicate messages or requirements despite their physical constraints. Our device enables paralysis sufferers to express messages using basic motion, resulting in increased communication and interaction with caretakers. This unique device can be effortlessly integrated into their clothing or worn on their finger, providing a delicate but effective communication aid. Moreover, our smart IoT-based technology extends beyond communication to include real-time health monitoring capabilities. The system continuously collects health data by integrating multiple sensors and gadgets, providing real-time insights into vital signs and movement patterns. This real-time health information enables healthcare providers to provide prompt treatments and individualized care, hence improving the overall well-being of paralyzed patients. The proposed strategy represents a big step forward in the comprehensive treatment of paralysis patients, promoting improved communication and proactive healthcare management.
