Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) serve as important biomarkers in the liquid biopsy of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Herein, a homogeneous dual fluorescence indicators aptasensing strategy is described for CTCs in HCC, with the core assistance of a steric hindrance-mediated enzymatic reaction.
