Teamwork Production of the Book of the Dead Papyri during the Ptolemaic Period: the papyrus of Peteamunnebnesetawy (p.Turin 1831)P. Turin 1831 is Book of the Dead manuscript of the Ptolemaic period, belonging the God's father, priest of Amun in Karnak, Peteamunnebnesetawy son of Tanitamunnebnesetawy. The papyrus is now in the Egyptian Museum at Turin, as part of the papyri collection of the department of manuscripts. it was transferred to the Egyptian Museum at Turin in 1824 by Bernardino Drovetti. The papyrus is particularly being an important example of teamwork production of the Book of the Dead papyri during the Ptolemaic Period, where written by several scribes, allows us to highlight some traditions of the Book of the Dead during this period, P. Turin 1831 offers numerous opportunities to detect changes in handwriting and layout according to each scribe. The current article will study the layout, signs structure and composition, orthography, and handwriting analysis of the scribes to know number of the scribes who created these texts.
