The article considers judicial communication as the interaction between the court and the participants in the case in resolving a specific dispute, as well as judicial communication that occurs in the course of information interaction between courts and the public and the media. The legal foundations of communicative interaction with the court, the importance of competent communication for the correct resolution of the dispute are being explored. The need to maintain a balance between the independence of judges and satisfaction of public interest in the activities of the courts is noted.
