Residential Premises as the Object of a Commercial Lease Agreement

The article studies the concept and features of residential premises in order to qualify the commercial lease agreement. The author, based on the analysis of current legislation and law enforcement practice, identifies the signs of residential premises, such as isolation, suitability and intended for living, and also concludes that the premises, including parts of the premises that do not meet these characteristics, the regime of residential premises does not apply, respectively, do not apply and the rules of the contract of commercial rent.
