In recent years, artificial intelligence and digital technology have developed rapidly, and various industries are accelerating the research, development, and application of artificial intelligence and digital technology, Higher education is no exception. In order to analyze the research and practice situation of digitalization and intelligence in Chinese higher education, this paper uses the CNKI retrieval system to focus on the related topics of digital and intelligent teaching research and practice in Chinese universities, retrieve relevant papers from 2011 to 2022, and conduct statistical analysis on the retrieved data to obtain the research and application status of digital technology, intelligent technology, in teaching of Chinese university during this period. At the same time, it also searched and analyzed the research and application on the CNKI in three aspects: "AI based learning analysis", "AI based learning tools" and "Blended learning space", and summarized the research of "AI based learning analysis" and "AI based learning tools". From the statistical analysis results, it is shown that overall, China's research on digitalization and intelligence of university teaching is showing an upward trend. In terms of research on artificial intelligence teaching in universities, the number of related papers is basically consistent with the overall growth trend of artificial intelligence research papers. However, in terms of digital research in universities, the proportion of the increase in the number of papers is significantly lower than the proportion of the overall increase in the number of digital papers; In addition, from the analysis results, it can be seen that there are very few related papers on learning tools and analysis based on artificial intelligence. Therefore, Chinese university should further strengthen research and practice in the digitization and intelligence of teaching, especially in the research, development, and application of intelligent tools such as the AIGC and learning analysis systems, and establish corresponding rules and regulations for student to use the AIGC.
