Abstract

The article considers the topical issue of law enforcement units of the customs authorities of the Russian Federation in the form of the possibility of paying fines by third parties. It is shown how the resolution of this circumstance will have positive aspects for the effectiveness of law enforcement activities of customs authorities and the Russian economy.
