This research aims to develop a burner stove design that uses used oil and used cooking oil as alternative fuel to replace LPG gas stoves. This initiative is driven by the need for renewable energy sources and the utilization of used oil waste and used cooking oil, amidst increasing dependence on petroleum. Using SolidWorks 2018 software, this stove design was designed to achieve optimization and ergonomics. The stove burner design concept was evaluated based on ease of manufacture, operation and assembly efficiency using the Design For Assembly (DFA) analysis method, which showed that concept A had an assembly time of 160.96 seconds and a design efficiency of 0.09%. The simulation results of frame strength in concept design A show a maximum stress of 5,539 MPa, maximum deflection of 2,578 MPa, and a safety factor of 4.51>1, indicating that this design is safe to use.
