The Legal Regulation of Intra-Family Relations: Parents — Children

The article presents the basics of legal regulation of intra-family relations between parents and children in the context of a retrospective analysis of the modernization of the family institution. So, it was revealed that despite the increasing volume of legal documents in the Family Code of the Russian Federation there is still no definition of the concept of “family”. Also, despite the growing volume of state support for families, the number of divorce cases, as well as dysfunctional families, continues to increase. Thus, the presented analysis allows us to conclude that in the implementation of the educational function of the future generation, it is the family that is the main link and actor in supporting and socializing children, and the state should develop a comprehensive plan to support all types and categories of families.
