Background: Service quality is a condition where a dynamic relationship is created between users and human service providers. One of them is airport services carried out by check-in officers. Serving officers must have good performance in serving passengers. The factors that can influence employee performance include workload, environment and duration of working time. Objective: The aim of this research is to determine the effect of workload on the environment and work duration of check-in officers at Syamsudin Noor International Airport. Method: This research used a quantitative method with purposive sampling of 35 respondents and was conducted in July 2023. Data was collected using a questionnaire which was analyzed using multiple linear regression and tested using the t test, f test and coefficient of determination. Result: Based on statistical results, this research shows that the workload variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of check-in officers at Syamsudin Noor International Airport. Work environment variables are known to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, work duration has a positive and insignificant effect. This is because the check-in officers have shifts when working so that work duration does not affect employee performance. Conclusion: Workload and work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the work duration variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of check-in officers at Syamsudin Noor International Airport
