Problems of Carrying Out a Computer Forensic Analysis of Mobile Phones in Investigation of Embezzlement of Money Using a Contactless Method

The article reviews special aspects of the contactless method of embezzlement of electronic money from private bank accounts by using software for remote access to a mobile phone. The paper off ers a specifi c example to show the algorithm of an expert study aimed at obtaining important information from the criminalistic point of view. The author reviews the main reasons for lowering quality of expert studies and suggests measures aimed at raising the effi ciency of solution and timeliness of investigation of crimes falling within the category under consideration.
