The paper outlines the ways of solving the formed and foreseeable problems in the legal regulation of labour relations using artificial intelligence. It is concluded that artificial intelligence cannot have legal personality in labour relations. It is proposed to fix in labour legislation the presumption of employer's responsibility for the decisions made by artificial intelligence, as well as to oblige employers and software developers to certify the protocols of digital security of software operating on the basis of artificial intelligence technologies.
