The article analyzes the innovations introduced into the Labor Code of Uzbekistan, the Labor Code of Kyrgyzstan and the Labor Code of Belarus in 2022–2023, related with regulating the differences of remote work. A comparison is made with the Labor Code of Kazakhstan and the Labor Code of Russia. The author made conclusions regarding the strengths and weaknesses of the new labor law norms. Directions for further harmonization of standards on remote work have been outlined.
