Problems of Applying the Legal Positions of the Cassation Courts of General Jurisdiction in the Decisions of Magistrates in Civil Proceedings

The purpose of this article is to analyze the problem of applying judicial acts of cassation courts of general jurisdiction, the problem of appealing decisions of magistrates in cassation, since the court of cassation itself is the last instance in some cases, it is proposed to establish additional checks of decisions of magistrates by the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, in some additional cases established by law. It is proposed to use the legal positions of the cassation courts of general jurisdiction, which considered cases on the merits as convincing judicial precedents.
