This is a note of a temporary expression of concern related to the above-mentioned publication. The editors have been alerted to concerns related to potential selective reporting of the data collected for the study which, if true, would violate the journal's policies. Specifically, the reporting of the outer model evaluation seems to be missing some items (Table 1, e.g. codes pg 1–5) that may have been included in the original survey. It is unclear if the potentially missing items are also absent in the remaining analysis (reported in Tables 2-6 and Figure 2) and, if so, if the article's conclusions are affected. The journal requested the authors to comment on these concerns and to provide the raw data for evaluation. The journal obtained a response from one co-author, Bagus Shandy Narmaditya, who stated that the corresponding author alone has access to the data. The corresponding author has not yet responded to this request. Since these concerns cannot be decided with certainty, the Editor-in-Chief supports a formal notice alerting the reader to this situation. The concern and this note will remain appended to the above-mentioned article, unless the authors provide the Editor-in-Chief of Heliyon adequate evidence to allay the above concerns or further evidence is provided to substantiate the concerns which require a different editorial solution.
