Profile of gastroduodenal perforation patients admitted in a rural tertiary care hospital: An observational cross-sectional study

Gastro-duodenal perforation is a common surgical emergency that remains a formidable health burden worldwide with significant morbidity and mortality. Ulcer disease remains the most common cause of gastro-duodenal perforation. Diagnosing the presence of
