The Inevitability of Disagreement in Islam and The Necessity of Resolving It

This study works on reinforcing the idea of overcoming "secondary discrepancies" that occur when interpreting religious texts. It emphasizes the need to establish a common view that categorizes the Islamic values over differences, promoting a dedicated obedience to these principles while steering clear of peripheral debates. These distinctions could incite conflict among Muslims and jeopardize the stability and cohesiveness of society. Furthermore, utilizing religious issues and societal needs for political advantage and party interests, without proper respect for the Association of Muslim Scholars and decision-making bodies, compounds these challenges.
