This study sought to confirm the moderating effects of peer attachment and parental attachment in the relationship between social labeling and SNS-related offending behavior in adolescents who have experienced school dropout. In previous studies based on theoretical background, the relationship between SNS-related offending behavior and delinquency was examined based on social labeling based on labeling theory and attachment based on social bond theory. The Korea Youth Policy Institute's ‘School Dropout Youth Panel Survey’ was used to collect data, and SPSS 29.0 was used for analysis. Through basic statistical analysis, the suitability of the data and the correlation between variables were confirmed, and based on this, multiple regression analysis was developed. As a result of the analysis, no significant moderating effect was confirmed for peer attachment, but a significant moderating effect was confirmed for parental attachment. This means that when it comes to certain SNS offending behaviors in adolescence, parental interest and attachment arising from relationships with parents have a negative effect on the dependent variable. It is important that this study targeted youth who dropped out of school, which is a blind spot in youth delinquency research, and that it analyzed youth's SNS delinquency as a dependent variable and its controlling factors, as repeated delinquency can lead to crime.
