Education is a human medium in knowing and understanding knowledge obtained in a multidimensional manner, both empirical and metaphysical dimensions. Education has benefits in shaping humans who are capable, intelligent, and have a dignified character. As time changes, education is faced with various cases such as the decline of values that have an impact on the low quality of education. In producing valid and reliable data, this paper is made qualitatively. In producing logical data, this paper conducts several forms of data sorting in the form of data reduction, data display, data verification, and data interpretation. In its presentation, the data in this paper is analyzed in a measured and systematic manner. The data in this paper are taken from various phenomena about the dynamics of education in Indonesia obtained from various book literature and various internet sources. The existence of education in Indonesia has a fundamental difference with other countries in terms of goals. Each country has its own idealism in striving for education to have a clear output. In contrast to education in Indonesia, it still seems gray because the objectives of national education are still inclusive and less directed. This existence forms a chaos in the Indonesian education system which tends to be inferior to neighboring countries. The curriculum is constantly changing with the change of leadership, students' manners tend to be lost due to egoism and cultism from parents, forced labor of teachers and additional work outside of class hours, and low appreciation from the management. In order to produce good education, the role of education personnel should be optimized in building a more ideal educational spirit both in terms of character building, work efficiency, and proper appreciation.
