Compulsory Measures of Educational Influence on Minors Who Have Committed Crimes 1

The article reveals the specifics of the application of educational measures of influence to minors who have committed a crime. The author analyzes the normative legal acts in force in the Russian Federation and abroad. The characteristics of the personality of a juvenile offender (physical and psychological) are considered. The measures of educational influence are proposed - the institute of mentoring for juvenile delinquents.
